Gamblers below the age of 21 are now allowed to enter the casino in the state of Ohio if they are escorted by a state-licensed employee. The Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati was the only casino among the other four casinos in Ohio that operates according to this policy. Perhaps the other three operators prefer to stay at the sideline to make further observation.
With Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati implementing the policy, the inquisitiveness and eagerness of minors can now be satisfied. Sneaking in to casinos will no longer be necessary now that minors are allowed to gamble.
The judgment of the legislators is in question because the move is not viable from an economic and social point of view. It is doubtful that this policy will continue or see further abuse as there were a few grey areas.
